It's alive!
It’s alive!

Everything has been submitted for publication. Books should start showing up online next week. You will also be able to special order them from most bookstores.

We will be doing hardback, paperback, e-book, and hopefully not too far down the road, audiobook. Just so you are aware, we priced the e-book at $7.99. In order to not lose money on books ordered through stores (they get a big discount), I had to price the paperback at $15.99 and the hardback at $27.99. I expect them to be discounted from that price, but won’t know how much until I see their prices.

Currently e-book and paperback have shown up on Amazon. Hardback is still processing. It should show up on Barnes and Noble and other online locations soon. You can also contact your local bookstore directly to order copies. Also, let your libraries know they can order copies.

Here are links to purchase online

Amazon

Kobo

Barnes and Noble

More as they show up

Also, FYI a few people have contacted me to say that they are seeing the hardback of Amazon for $999.99. That is not the real book. It is a couple of resellers who list all books and the price is defaulting to that because the books they are linking to never release. The list prices are $7.99 for e-book, $15.99 for paperback, and $27.99 for hardback. (I’m hoping those prices will be discounted.)

Anyway, thanks for your patience. I hope you like it as much as I do!

  1. Yay!!! Totally ordering this as soon as I can

  2. What great news to start off the day!

  3. Yes!!!!
    I’m so excited!

So. . . You said you would be selling fire keep for 9.99.

Does that mean you are selling it online. Like. . . On here?

  4. I’ve ordered 100 paperbacks and 10 hardbacks for a Utah writing conference this weekend. It’s at the Provo Conference Center next door to the Marriott Friday and Saturday the 3/15-3/16. Anyone can go and buy a book in the bookstore there. If I have any left, I might be able to sell them here online.

Also, you can order them directly from Amazon or Barnes and Noble. The e-book and paperback are on Amazon. The hardback should show up soon and they will also be available on the B&N site Monday.

It may take a little longer for them to show up in DB stores and others.

    • Thanks!

I’m looking forward to getting my copy!

    • Are you ever going to release this as an audio book?

P.s its so perfect right now

  6. Awesome news! My daughter has been impatiently waiting for this book and her jaw dropped when I brought her home a signed copy from the writers conference today in Provo. She is so excited to read it!

  7. I finally gooot your book for my birthday(may 21) and been a little busy but already on chapter four, globs I wished this wasnt the last one of this series, but all good books must come to an end I guess…though when is the hardbacks coming out or at least to somewhere someone could get on amazon or something. I have paper back but I kinda would like to have hardback to match the others…. shoot meh an email? Ill even trade 🙂 sarahrosesong@yahoo.com

    Thanks!

  8. That was an amazing book! But I don’t know how I feel about the ending… Anyway, thank you for writing the whole series and for keeping us updated on it. You are and always will be my favorite author. Can’t wait to read your next series!

  9. I’m so happy Fire Keep is now available. I’m an Audible member and looking forward to it release in an audiobook format. Great Series!!!

  10. * it’s (sorry about the typo)

  11. I have the book in my possession from the library! I cannot guarantee that I’ll ever buy the series, but I will have at least read all four books.

  12. I noticed two punctuation mistakes in “Fire Keep”. One on page 37 and the other on 213. See if you can find them yourselves.

  13. Altogether, there were four mistakes that were either punctuation of grammar mistakes in “Fire Keep”. Great finale, though. I’m looking forward to “Fires of Invention”.

  14. (“OR” grammar; not “of” grammar)

  15. I’m anxiously awaiting the release of the Audiobook on Audible. We’ve listened to the other books in the series, and hope we can finish out the series with Fire Keep on audio as well! I do wish the 3rd book was narrated by the same guy as the first two – you get used to how characters sound and it takes some time to adjust to a new reader (no matter how good they are! Both readers are excellent!!) Thank you for a great story!

  16. Will this one make it onto audio format? If so do you know when?

  17. Anxiously awaiting audible release. Any chance you will be doing an audio book?

  18. omg i love this book
